Recruitment Services

Recruitment
Our end-to-end recruitment and selection services help you find the right match, connecting businesses with skilled, motivated candidates who are the right fit for both the role and the culture.
We are a professional recruitment and selection agency offering a transparent, flat-fee recruitment model designed to reduce risk, control costs, and deliver quality candidates — without unrealistic guarantees. We act as a reputable recruitment and selection partner to our clients — with a distinctly different approach.
We partner with our clients throughout the recruitment process while recognising that the final hiring decision always rests with the employer.
We offer a comprehensive recruitment and selection service while recognising an important reality: We cannot guarantee that a successful candidate will remain with a company for a specific period. The final hiring decision rests with the client, and therefore the associated risk of that decision does as well. For this reason, our recruitment model is structured differently. Our recruitment model is based on:
- A flat fee per position, ensuring cost transparency
- The cost of writing and placing job advertisements
- Initial screening and assessment of all applications
- First-round interviews with shortlisted candidates, using the latest cognitive-science and neuro-semantics recruitment practices
- A concise summary report of interviewed candidates
- Submission of at least 3–4 suitable candidates for client interviews
- Coordination and logistical arrangements for final interviews
Additional services available:
- Behavioural assessments with comprehensive reports
- Criminal background checks
- Qualification verification
This approach allows our clients to benefit from a thorough, professional recruitment process without the pressure of percentage-based fees or long-term placement guarantees beyond our control.
Traditional recruitment models place the financial risk on the recruiter while the decision-making authority remains with the client. We believe this misaligns responsibility. Our model:
- Acknowledges that clients make the final hiring decision
- Removes inflated placement fees
- Focuses on process quality rather than guarantees
- Allows clients to manage hiring risk with better information and assessment
This creates a more honest, collaborative partnership.
The bottom line
Flat-fee recruitment aligns cost with actual recruitment work, not salary size. It promotes honesty, clarity, and shared responsibility — giving clients the confidence to hire without unnecessary financial pressure.

Behavioural Profiling & Assessment

We leverage cutting-edge cognitive and neuroscience-based technology through a single online assessment to identify behavioural preferences, burnout risk, engagement levels, and alignment with company culture. This is supported by coaching to align behaviour to job requirements and put on you on the path of success in your job.
Exceptional employee performance is not created by skills alone. Sustained employee performance and excellence are achieved only through a holistic, two-tier approach:
- Tier one: Human capability – This focuses on understanding and developing individual capability—skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behavioural preferences.
- Tier two: Work context This addresses the organisational environment and the employee–organisation fit. It involves creating a workplace where people can thrive, remain committed, and perform at a high level—challenged, but not overstressed.
It is developed and sustained only when human capability and work context are aligned. And that alignment starts with leadership.
We believe that human capability alone does not guarantee excellence. Employees are most effective when they are truly in sync with their workplace.
The reliance on psychometric assessments to forecast future behaviour has been replaced by behavioural assessments, which more accurately identify the areas affected. As widely recognised, behaviour is adaptable, whereas personality remains constant.
Why this matters for managers
Gallup (2025) reports that 77% of employees are disengaged or actively disengaged, and only 23% of employees worldwide have managers who enable engagement behaviours. This means:
- Hiring the “right” candidate is not enough.
- Manager behaviour directly impacts performance, burnout, and retention.
- Recruitment decisions must consider who the manager is, not just who the employee is.
Our model creates space for self-awareness, reflection, and accountability — starting at the hiring stage and continue within the workplace.
Our recruitment approach allows us to:
- Assess behavioural alignment, not just competence.
- Identify early signs of burnout risk or mismatch.
- Align job requirements with real workplace conditions.
- Support managers in understanding how their leadership style affects team performance.
This directly impacts:
- Staff retention
- Productivity
- Engagement
- Absenteeism
- Quality of output
- Sales performance, etc.
Imagine the impact of improving engagement, productivity, and performance by just 20%.
That level of improvement does not come from hiring alone —it comes from aware leadership, aligned teams, and healthy work environments.
The journey to sustainable excellence
Employee performance and excellence are only developed and sustained when human capability and work context are aligned. This alignment does not happen by chance — it is shaped at every stage of the employee journey, starting with recruitment and driven by leadership.
It all starts with recruitment – getting the fit right. Recruitment is not about filling a vacancy. It is about creating alignment. At this stage, we focus on:
- Human capability (skills, knowledge, attitudes)
- Behavioural fit with the role
- Alignment with team dynamics and organisational culture
- Manager expectations and leadership style
The result: Employees who enter the organisation with clarity, motivation, and realistic expectations.
Then is it all about enabling and maintaining engagement. This is where leadership makes the difference. Engagement is not an employee problem — it is a management outcome. Once employees are in the role, engagement is shaped by:
- Leadership behaviour
- Clarity of expectations
- Psychological safety
- Workload balance (challenge vs overstress)
- Team climate and organisational culture
When managers understand their impact, employees:
- Feel valued and supported
- Work with enthusiasm and commitment
- Are challenged without burning out
All of the above results in high performance – sustainable, not short-term. High performance is the result, not the starting point. When recruitment and engagement are aligned:
- Productivity increases
- Quality of work improves
- Absenteeism decreases
- Turnover reduces
- Sales and service outcomes strengthen
Performance becomes sustainable — not dependent on constant pressure or replacement hiring.
The outcome
- Right people
- Aware leaders
- Engaged teams
- Sustainable performance
Know yourself as a leader – Your impact shapes your team
Most performance challenges are not capability issues — they are context issues created by leadership behaviour, expectations, and team climate.
What we measure and why it matters
We support leaders by measuring and analysing:
- Employee engagement levels.
- Burnout indicators.
- Behavioural alignment to job requirements.
- Team climate and organisational culture.
- Leadership behaviours that enable or inhibit performance.
Imagine the impact of improving engagement, productivity, and performance by just 20%. That improvement starts with:
- Self-aware leadership.
- Aligned recruitment decisions.
- Healthy team environments.
When leaders understand themselves, teams thrive.
Partner with us to build leadership awareness, engaged employees, and sustainable performance.
We support organisations by:
- Measuring employee engagement levels.
- Identifying burnout risk.
- Aligning behaviours to job requirements.
- Assessing team climate and organisational culture.
- Identifying cultural and environmental factors that negatively impact performance.
The result is a more engaged, productive workforce and a clear competitive advantage.

- Increased self-awareness and behavioural flexibility
- Improved decision-making and influence

Building High-Performing Teams

High-performing teams don’t happen by accident! Most organisations rely on once-off team-building events and hope for lasting results. While these events may be fun, they rarely improve engagement, performance, or retention. True team performance takes more than a team-building event. We help organisations develop high-performing teams through behavioural insight, structured development, and sustained support.
Very few organisations truly understand what it takes to build high-performing teams (HPTs). These teams don’t just deliver results — they create positive work environments, drive innovation, and contribute directly to long-term organisational success.
Too often, organisations rely on once-off, one-day team-building events and believe that this is enough. While these events may be enjoyable, they rarely create lasting change. Employees may leave feeling motivated, but engagement levels, performance, product quality, and staff retention remain unchanged.
Effective team building is a process, not an event.
True team development requires time and structured opportunities for teams to:
- Identify what is working — and what is not
- Agree on how they want to interact with one another
- Clarify team goals and priorities
- Establish ground rules and ways of addressing challenges
- Define expectations of leadership and management
Before a team can function at a high level, each individual must first understand themselves. For this reason, we conduct a behavioural assessment for every team member. Each participant receives personalised feedback, highlighting behavioural strengths, potential challenges, and the changes required to perform at their best.
Individuals do not operate in isolation. They function within a team, a team climate, and a broader organisational culture — all of which can either enable or hinder performance. During this process, we also identify environmental and organisational factors that may be impacting individual and team effectiveness.
Once individual insights are established, the focus shifts to team dynamics. High-performing teams value diversity and understand how to leverage different personalities, perspectives, and working styles in a constructive way.
Following the initial team-building and development intervention, the process continues back in the workplace. Ongoing sessions are held every two to three weeks for the first few months, and thereafter monthly at a set date and time. These sessions focus on:
- Reviewing progress
- Addressing emerging challenges
- Reinforcing positive behaviours
- Measuring success and sustained improvement
The result is not just a stronger team — but measurable, lasting performance improvement.

Workshop Facilitation

We facilitate strategy, departmental, and process-mapping workshops, using visual mapping and inclusive tools to encourage open discussion, balanced participation, and effective decision-making.
Groups and teams often need to engage in structured discussions to address complex challenges and make effective decisions. In these situations, an independent facilitator creates a neutral environment where leaders and team members can participate as equals.
We facilitate a wide range of workshops, including management strategy sessions, departmental workshops (such as HR, Engineering, organisational restructuring or ERP implementation), and process mapping workshops. Using proven facilitation methodologies and tools — including Participlan visual mapping and electronic voting where appropriate — we encourage open dialogue, inclusive participation, and focused decision-making, resulting in clear alignment and effective outcomes.
